Hi well both passages suggest something of God and these point towards an information about God and his nature. In the dictionary the word in Inerrant is defined as: incapable of being wrong. Now it would be best to take an honest look at one passage that can be used on your own to see if this word correctly defines actions of God.
Titus 1:2

2 in hope of eternal life which God, who cannot lie, promised before the world began,
In taking a closer look that Titus 1:2 there are four points that identify what God is saying to people (1- Hope the word of God in this passage is spoken so that a belief can begin and grow within the hearts of all readers. So, in this first point can we doubt that the intentions of God speaking in the passage was not to put hope in the heart of the reader? The answer would be that the words spoken by God has genuinely placed hope into the heart of the reader by expressing his thoughts.
(2- Eternal life with God the word of God in this passage reveals a truth that must be defined throughout the Bible itself to confirm accuracy. This implies to studying as in looking up other verses that acknowledge this truth to confirm accuracy. So, the question should be asked: is it possible to be with God as people are humans and God is not? A search of the Bible will confirm this truth, using additional passages to form a right concept of God’s intended point. Again, can we doubt the intentions of God in telling us that we can live eternally with him? The answer would be no through finding additional passage that explain and support this concept we can believe and confirm a future time that this idea is real.
(3 - God Cannot Lie the word of God in this passage expresses the personality of God. Again, with other passages of the Bible that reveals personality traits we can confirm truthfulness of an invisible God, this requires studying and learning what God is and how he behaves. The question should be asked: WHO IS THE ALMIGHTY? This should lead to a deeper study which can confirm any doubts about God genuinely revealing this aspect of personality to humans.
(4 - Promised before World Began the word of God in this passage reveals God’s intended plan. The idea God wants to plant into the heart of subjects is to reveal his eternal plan that was always there even if humans did not know of it. It also helps us to change our own ideas and put into action accurate knowledge. The question should be asked: What is God’s purpose in creating life on Earth? When we continue to read God word, we find other passages that say the same thing which builds faith and confirmation in God and his ability. In looking at both Scriptures the same way we can see that it may very well be true that God is indeed incapable of being wrong.
